Payment Policy
Payment terms and booking conditions may vary depending on the rate and booking made. Please check the terms provided at the time of booking for details of any deposit, payment and cancellation requirements.
Bookings are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival. Same-day bookings are also non-refundable.
Bayview Motel reserves the right to charge for any damage caused to the property or its contents during your stay.
Cancellations
Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival time are non-refundable.
Same-day bookings are non-refundable.
No refunds will be provided for early departure. Exceptions may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management.
No Party Policy
Bayview Motel is intended to provide a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests. Parties, events, excessive noise or disruptive behaviour that affects other guests are not permitted.
Management reserves the right to ask guests who breach these conditions to leave the property. No refund will be provided in cases of eviction due to unacceptable or disruptive behaviour.
Check-in & Check-out
Please follow the check-in and check-out times provided with your booking.
If you expect to arrive outside the standard check-in hours, please contact Bayview Motel in advance to make arrangements.
Pets
Pets are not permitted.
Maximum Occupancy
For the comfort and safety of all guests, the maximum number of occupants specified for each room must not be exceeded.
Only the number of guests included in the booking may stay in the accommodation unless prior approval has been given by Bayview Motel.
Property Care
Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of the accommodation and its contents during their stay.
Bayview Motel reserves the right to charge for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required as a result of a guest's actions, including the removal of offensive odours such as tobacco smoke or other prohibited substances.
Smoking
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the accommodation.
Guests are asked to respect other guests and use designated outdoor areas where applicable.
